2ouncesfresh spinach, (approximately a few handfuls)
3green onions,roughly chopped
1 bunchItalian parsley,roughly chopped
1/4cupfresh tarragon, optional
2 lemons, juiced
1 teaspoon cumin powder

Instructions
Toss the drained chickpeas, reserved aquafaba, and remaining ingredients into your high-powered blender using the tamper to help the ingredients move smoothly.
Start blending on low, adding more aquafaba if needed to get the consistency you prefer.
Place in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 7 days.
Use as a dip with tortilla chips & veggies, a spread for sandwiches, or as a pasta sauce. See notes below.
Green Goddess Chicken Pasta:
Start by cooking 16 ounces of your favorite pasta. Spaghetti, Linguini, Rotini, Rigatoni.... anything you like. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Toss in 1-1/2 cups of hummus, a squeeze of lemon, the reserved pasta water, and salt & pepper to taste. Mix it up, plate and top off with grilled chicken.
Spread on a healthy layer of hummus and top it off with anything you like. Try avocado, tomato, bacon, or even arugula.
Season it with salt & pepper or everything but the bagel seasoning. If you don't want to add any more salt, then just use pepper or plain sesame seeds.
Green Goddess Hummus Salad Dressing:
Add 1/2 cup leftover hummus, the juice of 1/2 a lemon, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 2-4 tablespoons water (as needed) to a small mixing bowl. Combine well, adjusting water as needed. Salt & pepper to taste.
Drizzle over your favorite greens and salad veggies.
